ISLAND / CUSTOM CURB FORMS

Am-Fab Curb Forms provide excellent protection of expensive dispensing equipment, fascia and canopy columns. They also provide an important barrier to keep water runoff from collecting in dispenser sumps which can lead to increased risk of hazardous waste and false leak alarms. Heavy-duty fabrication of Am-Fab Forms saves you time and money on installation.
Am-Fab Forms also create a consistent image from location to location.

Technical features of Am-Fab include:

• Over 20,000 designs on file
• Flexibility in design schemes
• 12 gauge steel construction with a minimum .100 thickness tolerance
• Heavy-duty "X" bracing top and bottom of forms
• Angle bracing is extruded steel
• Top of form is a continuous rolled edge
• Radius edges are compression formed for accuracy and the lowest of tolerances
• There are never any joints in the radius sections of the forms
• Continuos return flange added for rigidity
• Available in prime painted, galvanized or stainless steel finishes

PIPE GUARDS

Am-Fab Pipe Guards provide attractive barrier protection for equipment, canopy and lighting poles, islands or building.

ROUND AND SQUARE SIGN AND LIGHT POLE BASES

Am-Fab Sign and Light Pole Bases provide a beautiful way to protect expensive signage and lighting from traffic. They are a less expensive and a better looking alternative to throw-away tubular cardboard forms. They also allow for the base to be painted to match station image for better visual continuity. Am-Fab Sign and Light Pole bases are available in a 24" high tapered design and other custom designs as well. Each form is complete with a pre-punched anchor bolt template which fits most signage and pole configuration reducing installation time. The technical features are identical to Am-Fab Curb Forms making them a perfect match in you application scheme.

STEEL ENCLOSURES AND GATES

Am-Fab Steel Enclosures are a durable and consistent solution to meeting screening requirements of refuse for most municipalities. Their heavy-duty construction withstands most abuse. They are available as a complete enclosure or as gate system. Because of their modular design Am-Fab Steel Enclosures can be easily replaced when damaged. GUARD RAILS

DISPENSER PUMP BOXES

The Am-Fab Dispenser Pump Box was the first Shearvalve(tm) box available on the market. It pioneered the now state of the art system made by Am-Fab today. The boxes feature a multi-position, prepunched, adjustable Shearvalve(tm) mounting bracket to fit any brand of type of dispensing equipment. It also provides a stable system for mounting the dispenser to the ground and island form. Stabilizer bars in the box are 7 gauge construction to assure proper shearing in case of accidents.
